We cover all types of physical products, except those regulated under food or cosmetic regulations and vehicles and their parts. We do work with:

We need:

• Clear images of the product with a white background.
• A basic description.
• Any documentation you can obtain from the supplier.
• If there is contact with food, the type of material.
  Laboratory tests (if you have them).

No need to worry, we'll tell you what's missing and how to get it. If your supplier's lab tests are correct, we'll validate them and add them to your technical file. And if not, don't worry.

No. The cost of the Complete Technical File does not include laboratory tests, as not all products require them.

• Before you decide, we give you an exact quote based on the product, the country of the laboratory, and regulatory requirements.

Important: Tests are paid for separately, and their cost depends on each laboratory and the type of test required.

Yes. The technical documentation we prepare is designed to meet the requirements of marketplaces and market surveillance authorities. All our declarations of conformity, as well as symbols and instruction structures, are up to date and obtained from the specific regulations applicable to your product.

We do not use generic templates that are used for everything.

Yes. Once the Complete Technical File is finished, we will provide you with all the documentation in editable format so that you can modify or update any part of it yourself if necessary (for example, add images, change a technical description, or adjust the file design).

If you do not wish to modify anything, our technical file is ready to be signed and submitted to any authority that requests it, as well as the declaration of conformity or the label ready to print.

Once we deliver the Complete Technical File to you, you will have exclusive access to a personalized chatbot, connected directly to your own study. This chatbot has a consultant agent, trained in regulations, who can answer specific questions about your product and the documentation generated.
